What you see here has been printed, assembled and played.
These are photos of the pre-production copy: the board, the printed box, the cards. It was put together, played around a table and corrected. That’s the box now going into manufacturing for the first run.
What a game feels like
It moves fast, and you learn without noticing.
Cars move up, overtake, drop back on one bad roll. Then someone lands on a grey square and the table turns into a quiz: which country, which capital, which currency? Right answer, five squares forward. Wrong answer, two squares back.
The main game
It all starts with the race.
Colodeni is a board racing game first. Qualifying, starting grid, dice, overtakes: five minutes to understand, an hour to finish. The other two games hook into it — or get played on their own.

What’s in the box.
World Flags & Capitals
Land on a grey square and the others put you on the spot: which country, which capital, which language, which currency? Right answer, move five squares forward. Wrong answer, two back.
Battle of Nations
The card game War, rebuilt around geography: kings and queens give way to world populations. The most populous country takes the trick. Two minutes to explain, up to 8 players, and it works on its own too.

What is Colodeni?
A family board game that contains three games: Colodeni Grand Prix, the main board racing game; World Flags & Capitals, a flags, capitals, languages and currencies challenge; and Battle of Nations, a card game that can also be played separately.
Does the game really exist?
Yes. The copy shown in the photos has been printed, assembled and played — these are unretouched photos of the pre-production copy. What is not finished yet is the manufacturing of the first 1,000 copies. That is what your preorder funds.
When will I be charged?
At order time. Payment is processed by Stripe and you receive an invoice by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before shipping. Email contact@colodeni-games.com and you receive a full refund.
What if shipping is delayed?
You receive an email with the new date and the choice to wait or receive a refund.

The first run
Be one of the first 1,000.
The first 1,000 boxes are numbered and come with a launch edition certificate. This is a preorder: your copy will be made in that first run and shipped between October and December 2026.
